We produce a lot ourselves: vegetables, fruits, poultry, eggs, honey, we bake our own sour dough bread with organic flour, pastries and cakes, jams … We get daily fresh farm milk from our neighbours. When it comes to meat & cheese we buy in priority from local producers.
