Dinner

The evening starts with a drink before dinner, Franck will have the pleasure to have you taste all his home made recipes. It’s a very friendly moment, an opportunity to get to know one another to share our knowledge of the region and answer your questions.
We respect the “table d’hôte” tradition by sharing the evening meal with our guests.
Cooking being one of her passions Claude elaborates balanced, varied and copious menus according to the seasons with fruit and vegetable from the garden, local products, organic as often as possible.

Bread and a lot of dishes are baked in our outside woodoven. Franck is always in search of the best local Savoie cheeses.

To help digestion and to prepare yourself to a good night sleep, we offer you herbal tea with plants picked in the mountains or grown in our garden.
